Please note that due to the natural characteristics of premium hides, custom orders and items with signs of wear are not eligible for return.

Carefully repackage the furniture in its original protective wrapping and crating to prevent any structural or surface damage during the transit process.

Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our artisans inspect the returned item at our warehouse to verify its condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
